Hi, My name is Eva. I am having crumps that make me feel like i will have my periods but it hasnt come yet. i was injected with the depo contraceptive. my question is can someone get pregnant when she was injected with the 3 months contraceptive depo?

Depo provera has a failure rate of less than 1%, which means that there is less than 1% chance of getting pregnant while on Depo shots
Your symptoms can be pre-menstrual symptoms or possible pregnancy.
Delay in onset of menstruation/menstrual irregularities can also be side effect of Depo shot.
I'd recommend that you take a Home pregnancy test and follow up with your doctor.
