What Do Persistent Heart Palpitations Indicate?

I am 28 years old, a bit overweight for my height (5 3 and 160 lbs). About 5 years ago, I went to see my doctor, and I was told I had anxiety. She put me on beta-blockers, and ever since I got off of them, I ve been having heart palpitations. All my EKG s come back normal, and I haven t been to see a cardiologist. I ve tried staying away from caffeine or anything that gets my heart elevated, but I still have them. I don t have shortness of breath, but sometimes my palpitations come with a headache. What can I do to stop them that doesn t involve me getting on any more medication? Should I be concerned?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is just anxiety is matter of concern here then it may not need any treatment initially if patient could come out of this without the medicine, second you must be having some cardiovascular elements so given beta-blocker else this drug is not useful in functional elements, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
