What Do Persistent Nausea, Weight Loss And Swollen Lymph Nodes In Neck Indicate?

I have mild nausea, weight loss because I am not eating regular. I am able to eat very bland food but it still upsets my stomach. My lymph nodes in my neck are swollen and the two behind my ear are hard. I have had my gall bladder tested. HIDA scan, ultra sound, endoscope, which showed inflammation in the throat stomach and the start of the intestines. A biopsy was taken and came back normal, I was tested for HPLori - that was also negative. Any suggestions I am worried about cancer.
