What Do Pimple Like Bumps On Testicles Oozing White Puss Suggest?

I have pimple like bumps on my testicles. When I squeeze the bumps the first thing to come out is a white puss like a pimple would have. But then if I squeeze harder a tiny hard ball like thing will come out. It will only bleed after the ball thing comes out then heals and goes away. What is this?

As per my knowledge it seems Fordyce Spots. These are visible oil-secreting sebaceous glands that are found commonly in 90% of men. These are considered normal structural variant rather than a disease. Sebaceous glands secrete oily substance called sebum that keeps the skin smooth and lubricated.
Fordyce spots appear as small, red or white bumps on the scrotal skin that are typically painless. They are considered benign and require no treatment.
So don't worry maintain the proper hygiene and clean your private parts with soap and water at regular interval
Hope i have given satisfactory answer to your query
