What Do Pimples In The Armpits Indicate?

I have been getting large acne type pimples in my underarm area most of the summer, now one large one under my breast which has caused half my breast to become red and inflamed. Just wondering what could be causing this. I have not changed deoderant. could it possibly be yeast or something internally?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks , for asking
The pimple like rsshes in axilae you have could be due to infection of hair roots ...moslydueto over swesting &negligence to egional hygiene.
The readness nfthe biggest pimple under breast... seems to be fulminent infection (bactrial/fungl ) according to ptrvious affection of skin &then secondarily infected bactria.
Local examination/ cbc coints & blood sugar levels can specify suitable medications &management.
Thanks
