I have had a light case of shingles yrs ago. Than a I had a fairly good break out a couple of yrs ago.When I turned 60 got shingle vaccine, been good .However the last few days under my breast I have four,what look like pimples.Although to me its looks like shingles and my breast hurt. Is it possiable to have a mild case again? I am 66yrs old female. thank yoi

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
No I don't think you are having relapse of singles because your have taken vaccine for this. In my opinion, you are mostly having early herpes zoster. It is quite common in thoracic dermatomes. So better to consult dermatologist and get done clinical examination of skin lesions. You might need acyclovir (anti viral) tablets and steroid cream (Mometasone) for local application. Ice packs locally will also be helpful in relieving pain.
