What Do Polyps At The Vaginal Opening Indicate?
Hello, I have what looks like swollen polyps at the entrance of my vaginal cavity. My other symptoms include spotting and cramping. I did get my regular period. It was late but I did get it. These symptoms started on Jan 3rd. So it has been a month. I do not have any itching or burning sensation when peeing or during intercourse. I do have a doctor s appt on the 12th but I was hoping to get some info so I can be prepared.

After separating labia folds vagina should be examined for swelling as you have mentioned. It could be polyp like lesion. If it is polyp then simply can be removed surgically by a minor operation. Consult a gynecologist for examination and discuss your case.
