What Do Polyps In The Uterus Indicate?

The end of January, I went and had a ultrasound done and was told I have two small polyps on my uterus. I went to urgent care and was given a pregnancy test which came back positive, is it possible that the polyps were mistaken for pregnancy and is it possible that it twins since they saw two?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have evaluated your query thoroughly in ultrasound if it show then it is correct polyp and child are different from each other. Don't worry about it. There is pregnancy which is shown in sonography

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards,
