General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & welcome.
Noted the results of your urine analysis.

Incomplete data like age, gender, any symptoms like fever, lower abdominal pain, burning urination, any associated medical illness like diabetes, etc.

Findings are suggestive of Urinary Tract Infection. This is a bacterial infection, affecting any part of the urinary tract from the kidneys to the urethra, though bladder infection (cystitis) is the commonest.

It’s generally an uncomplicated condition that can be promptly resolved with antibiotics. The symptoms include frequent urge to urinate, burning sensation or pain during urination. In severe cases fever with chills. Females are more prone to UTI due to the shorter length of the urethra as compared to males.
I would suggest you to do a culture and sensitivity to identify the bacteria responsible so that an appropriate antibiotic used could be effective in eradicating this infection.

Beside you also need to
1) Increase your water intake (10-12 glasses/day)
2) Barley water helps in reducing the burning if any
3) Avoid using public toilets
4) Do not have intercourse when the bladder is full and also make it a habit to go to the toilet after intercourse. (sex is the cause of 75–90% of bladder infections, with the risk of infection related to the frequency of sex.)
5) Maintain hygiene.

Hope the suggestion given above could be useful.
