welcome to hcm ..presence of pus cells denote infection sepsis ....in such cases i usually try to find out infection source of infection by physical examination of the patient ..if no source could be found then i put patient on antibiotics for 7 days ..please contactyour local doctorhe will prescribe the antibiotics and will also try to find source of infection after physical examination ..i hope your query has been satisfied ..
