General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There is an infection. Go for tests as TLC, DLC, ESR, and CRP to see the infection. Baby needs antibiotics as ofloxacin and ornidazole doses twelve hours apart. As these are prescription drugs please contact your local doctor he will prescribe these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi
