What Do Presence Of Puss Cells In The Below Stool Test Report Suggest?

My stool test shows Appearance-semiformed Color -normal Pus Cell 8-10 Rbc- 1-2 Reaction-acidic Sugar-nil Ova&cyst-not seen Bacteria-(++)Others - nil I had heavy diarrhea 9 times on 4th sep and five times on 10th sep. Then had 1 loose motion on 24th sep. I was fatigued with palpitations and had to be put under glucose drips on all these days. Stool sample was taken on 25th sep. What does it mean.

welcome to hcm ..you are having gut infection thats why there are pus cells ..now you need broad spectrum infections i .usially prescribe tab levofloxocin 500 mg and ornidazole two times ..as these are prescription drugs please contact your local doctor he will prescribe these ..in addition to these please take probiotics as tab sporolac or prepro or sachet basolac also ..usually iv drip is given when there is severe diarrhea ..but if the diarrhea is persistent after one full week of antibiotics then colonoscopy should be done ..
