Hello,

Chest Pain can be due to the cardiac origin, musculoskeletal or gastrointestinal. If you GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease), you will have central chest pain which can be so severe to cause you breathlessness which can be treated with gastric tablets before food and diet precautions, the head end up position while sleeping.

If your symptoms are due musculoskeletal pains, then painkillers or anti-inflammatory drugs will help you treat the condition.

Since, you have been investigated and all normal I don't think you have problems due to the cardiac origin, just evaluate yourself what fits you the diagnosis and take necessary precautions mentions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Archana
