General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms may indicate a possible cardiac problem and need further investigation. You should consult your physician and think about getting an ECG done to rule out any coronary insufficiency which may be leading to the feeling of heaviness and breathlessness. He may also suggest you undergo an ECHO or coronary angiography depending upon the results of your EKG. Meanwhile, you should avoid doing any strenuous activity and also any kind of stress.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
 Dr. Nazma.amman
