What Do Pus Cell In Urine Test Indicate?

I am 56 years age. There was infection esco colai in my urine culture. My doctor gave me Mertifer 100 mg. After the course of medicine is over I again test Urine culture and Routine. In the report there is no bacterial growth in culture test. But pus cell is 20-25 in Urine Routine test. Please inform what is the cause.

Pus cells indicate infection. Drink 2 to 3 litres of water daily. Get KUB Xray and ultrasound to rule out stone. Take Antibiotic like Tab. Ofloxacin 409mg twice a day for 5 days.
