What Do Rashes Behind The Neck Along With Blurred Vision Indicate?

hi, I m a 57 year old female, I have a small rash on the back of my head and neck, I have sensation of pressure behind my right eye, it is also light sensitive , and feels cold , it also whats to turn in or move to the left, my vision is jittery or jumpy . I have been blowing a yellow mucus out of my nose and also been waking up with a really bad headache . I have had some surgeries,on my neck, removed disk and fused bone, long time ago, on my back they put in steel rods . the back surgery was about 4 yrs ago

This sounds like a viral infection . It could be secondary bacterial too. I need you to start a course of antibiotics and better send the mucus for culture to see which microbe is affecting you.
