What Do Rashes Below The Armpits And Breasts Indicate?

I m experiencing a rash right in the center of my back, just below the armpit and spreading to my breast, it itches and feels like needles poking me, few days before the rash appeared I was experiencing for a few days a tingly sensation on my forearm.

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Take oral antihistamines
-Take prescribed corticosteroids
-Use calmine lotion for local relief
