What Do Rashes On The Arms Indicate?

Hi I have a doubt, recently I had a skin rashes, my arms and some body parts also, I consult with a dermatologist and he says it s syphilis and VDRL test also done the result was non reactive doctor given a hydrocortisone 17 butyrate cream (alfacort) and he says it will take 2 months to get normal. what I have to do? if it syphilis any medicine need to intake? I have to go for any other test? Please advise

for the time being,do no more tests. it all boils down to prolonged use of corticosteroids.....if it persists do antibodies for rheumatic diseases,lyme borreliosis. consider yeast infection,psoriasis or lichen also lupus.....
