What Do Rashes On The Elbows And Chest Indicate?
My other has what looks like bite but strangely on both elbows, she went to the pharmacy and they gave her some cream, they have got worse but only o. Her elbows and one on her chest, she is spotlessly clean and we have ruled out bed bugs can you help she is a young 87 year old?

As per your history, it may allergic dermatitis. For that kindly apply Hydro-cortisone ointment locally. In case of itching, take tablet Loratadine. In case of fever, you can take tablet Tylenol.
