General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It might be just a viral fever. Since you had scabies, you might be having some skin rash. Scabies may recur sometimes. Go to a dermatologist who may examine you and see if it is scabies or any other fungal infection.
In case that doubt about HIV is creeping in your mind always, get an HIV ELISA test done, and also get a P24 antigen assay, which will tell you conclusively whether you have HIV or not. 5 months period is long enough to get zero conversion.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
