What Do Rashes On The Legs Indicate While Suffering From Arthritis?
I already have arthritis, however a red rash has appeared on my leg from my ankle up toward the shin on the front only. It doesn t itch or cause any discomfort. I notice a swelling of my ankles lately also. Is this related to my diabetes in any way? My A1C is 6.5. My ankles swell when I sit for a few hours.

Get assessed for your blood pressure. Also, undergo tests as urine complete blood urea and serum creatinine for swelling legs.
Some Diabetic patients develop the rash as a dryness feature or due to drug effect of diabetes. If all are normal, then take an antihistamine tablet such as Levocetirizine drug for 5 days.
