What Do Rashes On The Upper Thighs And Forearms Indicate?

I have developrd a rash on my upper thighs, underside of my forearms. It has been five days. Urgent cate had no clue, but he gave me treatment for scabies. He didn t think it was scabies but I asked for the treatment just in case. I did as instructed on the tube of medicine and nothing happened. I ve been taking Benadryl, and putting cortisone cream on the areas that itch. It looked like it was going away for a day but now it seems on my upper arms and lower forearms there are more dots they re itchy they look like maybe an insect bite but there s too many for it to be that.

it may be case of any fungal infection or viral 8nfection like molluscum.. let's wait for few day and take some antifungal drugs like terminating 250 mg two times a day .
