What Do Recurring Burning And Itching Near The Elbow Areas Suggest?

I have burning and itching sensations bilaterally near the side and top of elbow areas. It does not readiiy respond to cortisone cream or kenalog cream. It burns like an insect bite but I do not hink this is the case, This burning is intermittent and I have experienced it on and off for 3 years. Cause?

thank you for your query.
it may be due to pressure over the elbow areas during reading or working etc.
some skin conditions show this feature which i called koebner phenomena.
like psoriasis, lichen planus, lichen nitidus, pityriasis rubra pilaris, and keratosis follicularis etc.
u need to consult a dermatologist because without examining the lesion treatment is not possible.
