My boyfriend of 7 years has had sex with uncountable women off the internet and never used protection, and I have on ly been with him,a couple of months ago I noticed sores on his buttocks and he said it was just pimples that get irritated by sitting in his computer chair,so after awhile they seemed to clear up,but leaving scars, then just recently I noticed they were back again, and I also n o ticked a lot of Neosporin in the cupboard, and I m n poo t very smart about all the diseases out there, but I have lupus, failing kidneys, and a lot of other life threaten ing illnesses.I right now have an itch on the side of my vagina but no sores, what should I do?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Unprotected sex can lead to transmission of sexually transmitted diseases.
A couple of sexually transmitted diseases show up with the formation of sores on the genital region.
The sores on buttocks can be due to pimples as mentioned by your boyfriend, however, they can be due to sexually transmitted disease also.
You are also prone to get the infection in case you are practicing unsafe and unprotected sex.
Itching on side of vagina can be due to fungal infection.
You may use an anti-fungal ointment on the site of itchiness.
However, safe and protected sex is the only solution to reduce the risk of transmission of sexually transmitted disease in your partner and you.
Practicing unprotected sex with multiple partners is a major risk factor sexually transmitted diseases, HIV infection and HPV infection.

Thanks and take care
