What Do Red Bumps On The Back Indicate?

I have 8 red bumps on my back, resemble pimples but larger. Does not hurt to touch them. The top is scabby but easily come off and at the bottom of the scab when I pull it off is a piece of white something. Should I be concerned? I cannot see my Doctor for another week.

* As per my surgical experience, the condition seems to be contact dermatitis with scaly eruptions.
* Still I would like to comment further if you provide a photo picture of the same in follow up conversation.
* Guidelines for primary relief

- Keep the area clean with antiseptic liquid, dry.
- Apply Clotrimazole ( 2% ) powder as anti inflammatory agent.
- Wear loose, clean, cotton clothes.
- Avoid exposure to heat and itching.
