Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have these small red bumps on the lower part of my buttcheek. They stop before they get to my anus. They are not filled with puss. They are pretty painful, and I ve had them for a few months. I should also note that I have had a hemorrhoid for around the same amount of time and I assume they re related? I ve tried a hemorrhoid cream made by Equate but the instructions are kind of hard to follow. What are the steps I need to take to cure these two problems?

The possible issue seems inflammatory skin eruptions from bacterial or viral infection. I recommend to take sitz bath with added Epsom salt in lukewarm water and consult your doctor for medicines support.
