What Do Red Bumps On The Face Indicate?

My son had 2 very small red bumps on his face on Sunday or Monday , then woke up Tuesday with a red whelp like line with tiny bumps or blisters in the line. I put some calamine on it for 2 days, but it didn t clear any, so I put nystatin on it twice yesterday and once (so far) today. He says it doesn t itch.

Hi,

Most possible issue with bug bite or so during the sleep hours. Needs addition of anti-histamine, antibiotics to heal it faster.
