What Do Red Bumps Over Legs And Arms Of A Child Indicate?
my daughter is 1 year old has red bumps all over legs, arms, and diaper area. They started in diaper area thought it was diaper rash but now has spread to about 60% of her body. No fever or any illness. They do not bother her, she is cutting about 4 teeth on top left.
