What Do Red Non-itchy Spots On The Lower Legs Suggest?

My lower legs have tiny red dots, not itchy. They look like blood leaking in vessels? A couple days ago I wore the tight toe stretch over night. I am wondering if it s the cause making my blood clot or I have something more serious than that? Could you please let me know? My email YYYY@YYYY Thank you so much.

it can be blood clots thrombophlebitis or sequile of varicose vein.get checked by surgeon. avoid standing for a long time and apply crape bandage can raise the leg with pillow at bed time.
