What Do Red Rashes All Over The Body Indicate?

I own a bridal shop. I had a customer in today who s mother, a woman who is 79, said he was hoping her face was better by the wedding. I said, What s wrong with your face? . She said that her face is bright red and she has red circles all over her body. She said that it burns and itches but that she tries not to scratch because if she starts she wouldn t stop. I asked her if she had used anything new...soap, detergent...food....anything. I asked if she was eating anything new, and she said no. She said that the same thing happened about 6 years ago and then went away. Told her I would try to help her.
