What Do Red Rashes And Bumps On The Stomach And Arms Indicate?
Over the last 20 years I have had 3 heart attacks; the last one 10 years ago resulting in a left side triple bypass. I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure 4 years ago and had a 30 percent ejection fraction (EF). I was in the emergency room 2 years ago with pneumonia and again had a 30 percent EF. In the fall of 2016 I gained 30 pounds, all located in my lower ribs area, (no change in belt loop position or ease of removing my wedding band). I also have a reddish rash on my stomach from the navel up to the ribs plus small bumps on my arms and forehead. The water pill dosage has been increased but no noticeable difference in weight. My doctor has no idea what the rash or bumps are from
