What Do Red Rashes On The Forearm Indicate?

Yes! I ve got these dark red blotches on my left forearm about the size of a dime, or larger and they seem to be blood blisters. I don t know how I got them, or where they came from. I don t remember, ever bumping my arm, and this has happened quite often. I have one on my forearm that s about the size of a half dollar that I must have bumped or scratched today (I don t remember) when I was just sitting on the side of my bed. The next thing I knew was that I was bleeding profusely. I had blood running down my arm and onto my pants. This happened about 12 hours ago. I ve been plagued with this condition all year.
