Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
In my opinion the lesion that you have on glans may be due to some allergic condition keep the area clean, oral antihistamine can be tried like Levocetirizine three times in day, steroid can also be tried under medical supervision, Beclomethasone local ointment or cream can be used, I noticed in my practice that such lesion comes around on its own but may take some time, only care needs to be taken for good hygiene.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
