What Do Red Rashes On The Penis Indicate?

Hello Doctor, I had a unprotected oral sex from csw. I developed a kind of redness (rash???) in penis head and frequent urge to urinate. Initially doctor gave me Keflex for 5 days and then on 25th day went for STD screening and all test are negative. After finishing the Antibiotic course still have the same redness and urge to urinate. My prostate examination was normal and the doctor. Now doctor asked me to take Alprim for 15 days. What else I should do to resolve this condition

I reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Considering the fact that you used antibiotic treatment with no success I think you may be having HSV 1 or HSV2 infection.
They are caused by viruses and antibiotic treatment doesn't work.
You may need to take antivirals such acyclovir.
