Hello, I was sick for 7 days I had really bad sinuses and when I opened my mouth I noticed little red small dots on the roof of my mouth and my roof top is a little yellow. My sinus are getting better now that the week is over. Please let me know what it could be. I had it Checked out by a doctor and he said it s just a virus infection and I don t need any antibiotics. However i didn t understand what kind and why did I get em. Plus I m pregnant and can t take much!
Those red spots most probably are due to viral infection . You do not need to worry about it. Just do warm water rinse. Because you already got treated for sinuses I am assuming they are viral. Only if you develop fever or difficulty in swallowing should you get follow up. If not this should clear off in a week
