General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Red blotches on the head of the penis indicate that your have balanoposthitis. The main cause can be diabetes as you have had no sex for long. Hence, send your blood samples for blood sugar and HbA1c.

Clean the area with plain water. Avoid hot and humid atmosphere. Apply liquid Povidone Iodine locally. Stop using soaps. Consult a dermatologist for clinical evaluation, investigations and further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, General Surgeon
