What Do Red Spots On The Legs Be Indicate?
My 14 year old son has some type of skin sore- it starts with a small red spot which then expands outward, has pus in the middle, and grows larger and larger. It scabs but keeps getting worse. He and just one on his area, then 2 or 3 then I noticed them on his ankle and legs.

it could be bullous impitigo due staphylococi infection it should be treated with oral antibiotics better with augmentin and local cream application like fusidic cream
