Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, today I received Botox for migraines and now I have two bright red spots on my left and right shoulder close to where the injects were put in. I had 19 injections that were put on the back of my neck and all around my forehead and temples. What do you think the problem is?
It is due to injection site reaction or small bleed at the injection site. Nothing much to worry as it subside by it own even without any treatment. As of now no treatment is is required and in in case of symptoms like itching you can take antihistamines like Pheneramine for reactions.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
