General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Red spots or rash are commonly due to infection(Candida fungus), this rash spreads to the other areas as well.

A course of antifungal (Fluconazole) is effective. Topical ointments with antifungals ca be applied locally.

Red spots or rashes are often due to allergic reactions to a certain food, usage of lotions or detergents. Do not share your toiletries.

You are suggested to visit ER, get examined physically to rule out Mononucleosis since you have red spots associated with headache & fatigue.

Get assessed & evaluated. You may have to go through Blood workouts, Monospot test(heterophil antibody test). Mono is contagious so avoid sex & do not share your clothes or other belongings.

Your treatment will depend upon the severity of your illness. You may need antibiotics/antivirals. Take nutritious food, stay strong.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
