What Do Relative Monocytosis And Mild Absolute Eosinophilia Mean?

The CBC test result is the following: RBCs show mild hypochromia. relative Monocytosis. Mild absolute eosinophilia Stool analysis, serum IGE total and specific follow up are recommended. Could you please explain what each point result means and what the result means in general? Thank you so much.

Hi,in eosinophilia means increase count of eosinophil,Ig E level get raised.Eosinophilia could due to Parasitic infection or any other allergic condition.So stool examination to detect parasite done.Also there is hypochromia.Albendazole imiprical dose 400 mg can be taken to see for improvement.Then if no relief causes apart from parasite has to be think.
