What Do Repetitive Leg Movements In A Child Indicate?

My 7 year old grand daughter has had these issues since she was able to sit up. She has these repetitive movements from rocking to spinning to rocking sideways from one foot to another. She is very smart and can read better then most 1st graders. She doesn t really have any friends, her moods changes from one thing to another. She can get angry an refuse to do anything he is suppose to do. I take care of her after school but have always taken care of her before that.
