What Do Severe Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea And Nausea Post Rectocele Repair Suggest?

I was very constipated, I had surgery 9 weeks ago to lift and support my intestines and repair a rectocele. I was seen almost 2 weeks ago and everything was healed and the Dr. released me. I did not take anything for constipation because I have irritable bowel disease and it usually clears up. This morning I did have large normal stool, the about noon a started having diarrhea. A couple of hours later I started having severe pain in my left abdomen. I took tylenol 3(prescribed from my Dr. for fibromyalgia, chronic low back pain, and some other pain issues) I have had no relief, feel nauseas, the area is very tender to touch, is in the mid left abdomen. I have a history of kidney stones but had a recent CT scan and no stones in left kidney. I have not had pain quite like this before.
