What Do Severe Cramps In Feet And Calves Despite Taking Potassium Indicate?

I take potassium twice a day, but sometimes I still get severe cramping in my feet and calves. It most often happens in the evening and at night when I am sleeping. One doctor told me to drink tonic water in the evening. I can t understand why with all this treatment I still get the cramping?

go for hb checkup drink 1 glass of milk calcium suppliment bed time iron capsule morning with citrus fruit. for5 week you get benefit ..dont walk heavy work. pls mension age also. good for us.
