What Do Severe Fatigue, Nausea And Migraines Indicate?

friend has been sick for over week. She has had a migraine headache, sensitive to light, body aches, nausea, chest tightness, and lethargic. Went to doctor around day 3 and received shot of Tordel, steroid and nausea medicine. Gave her prescription of Feroicet. Yesterday went to ER and they gave her fluids by IV, Benadryl, Tordel, Duiladad and Regalan....not sure of spelling on last two. What could this be? She is not feeling better..Did for a bit after the shots, but not good enough to function.

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe fatigue, nausea and migraines. Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to certain reasons like sinusitis , diabetes, type 2 , stress reaction , meningitis ,migraine or viral infection . I would suggest you to onsult neurologist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan or MRI along with taking history . Doctor may prescribe drugs like vasograine , betablockers along with frusamide and antiemetic drug . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist for angina or ENT specialist for sinusitis . For now avoid trigger factors which initiate these symptoms and drink green tea thrice e day .
