What Do Severe Gas And Bloating Indicate Despite Negative Colonoscopy Results?

I had the gastric sleeve exactly one year ago. Since then I have had heartburn so bad. It gets bad by afternoon and then by evening I have bloating , severe gas and bowel movements haven t been the same. Gas gets really bad after heartburn acts up for a few hours. I even have air/gas releasing from my vaginal area and it gets really bad. I have had a colonoscopy and two scopes done and they can t figure out what is causing this.
