What Do Severe Headaches Indicate?

I have been having an increase in migraine like headaches with s/s including n/v, lightheadedness, palpitations, general malaise, trouble concentrating and an overall feeling of not feeling right. I have immitrex that I have taken 2x in the last 2 days with brief relief; the pain rebounded but not as severe as before. I do not have a thyroid; however, my TSH is 3. Any thoughts? j
