What Do Severe Nausea And Abdominal Pain Indicate?

I am a 23 year old female. I have worsening nausea, abdominal pains, fatigue, poor appetite, unintentional weight loss, heartburn, and as of late, headaches and hot face without fever. My gallbladder was removed three months ago and my GI referred me, after a clear CT, to my OB who did an ultrasound, the results have not come back yet. Any ideas?

Hello dear. It seems you maybe are pregnant and suffering hiperemessis gravidarum. Take a pregnancy test to be clear . Meanwhile help yourself having ginger tea, or mint tea. Best regards dr Olgeta.
