What Do Severe Pain In The Abdomen And Nausea Indicate?

I went to urgent care the other day from constant stomach pain and nausea but no vomiting. I sure felt like I was going to vomit but I couldn t. After the GI cocktail they gave me along with IV fluids I felt much better.they contacted me the next day saying that my lipase levels were about 700, and that I should follow up with a primary doctor. Saying it could be a sign of an ulcer. I guess I m looking for advice on what to expect now. The last 2 days my stomach has still been very uneasy, and I ve been feeling very weak.
