What Do Shaking And Discomfort During Sleep Indicate?

More and more frequent I wake up in the middle of the nite feeling all shaking kinda inside more then outside my body. Also strange dreams, always the same type it different situations. I am also under a lot of stress right now from work and family. I am Hoping that s what s going on. Any help would be appreciated, joann

u should relax no worry do exercise and morning walk and u can try tab alprazolam.0.5 mg at bed time for4_5 days
