What Do Sinus Rhythm Left Atrial Abnormality In ECG And Echo Showing Concentric LVH Mean?
what is the position of my father s health? it is curable or critical? what we want to do? please help me doctors the below report is my father report aged 52 years ECG impression is: Sinus Rhythm Left Atrial abnormality. Echo impression is : Concentric LVH No resting regional wall motion abnormality normal left ventricular systolic function grade1 LV diastolic dysfunction No PHT No Pericardial effusion. CT-Brain With MRI Screening 1. Illdefined FLAIR hyperintensities without diffusion restriction predominantly in subcortical white matter of bilaternal fronto-parietal and occipital lobes. no abnormal signals in based ganglia and brainstem-possibilities include atypical PRES, migraine related white matter changes. Near complete opacification of all paranasal sinuses with soft tissue obliterating bilateral superior and left middle meatus with extension upto chonae-suggestive of sinonsal polyposis. 2. NO acute infarct or infracranial hemorrhage.
I would like to know if your father is suffering from any major complaints or symptoms at the moment. ECG report shows normal rhythm and ECHO shows mild changes that happen with long standing high blood pressure. MRI brain also shows mild changes also due to long standing BP. There are some polyps in sinuses which may be due to allergies. Over all the above findings are not critical but I would like to know his detailed history and symptoms and I would be happy to advise you further.
